Missed Brockville Scuba Diving Again This Summer

Looks like I'm going to miss Brockville Ontario scuba diving again this summer. The water temperature actually did spike up to 74 degrees F for a short duration, maybe a week. But now it's back down to about 71 degrees. Too cold for a 3 mm wetsuit. Maybe next summer if our summer gets better then. I would like to combine a trip out there for diving with some motivational talks in the Montreal area.
